Hi folks, Just looking for a recommendation for a builder in Dublin 9. We want an extension (ca. 100 sq ft) built onto the back of garage/ side of existing kitchen to serve as dining area, as well as fitting of an IKEA kitchen to replace the old one. We would be looking to get it done mid-April. Quite a simple job I think.…

Charter says recommendations have to be by PM apparently.
