I know they do if the games are called off before but what happens when the games has started.
    Thanks

I seen that all right just thought it might have been different because it was abandoned at half time and not cancelled.
    Thanks

Nah unless the match is restarted or completed by the end of the following day then it's the same situation. Always worth checking with the particular bookie you placed the bet with, however, as rules do vary slightly from place to place.

If a match is abandoned after it has commenced, all bets on that match will be made void except where settlement has already been determined. For example, where the first goal has been scored by a named player the First Goalscorer and Time of First Goal markets, amongst others, will stand.

An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within the same week (ending on Sunday) in which case the bet will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent.

If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for the purpose of live TV coverage then all bets on that match will stand.

Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the wager is placed not later than the revised kick-off time.

Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand For example, first player to score or time of the first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.

The only exception to the above abandoned match rule, is for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets (both pre-game and In-Play) will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment providing the relevant league allows the result to stand.
Should a match be abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes play, all markets will be void, unless a winning market has already been established prior to abandonment e.g. first goalscorer, time of first goal, half time result etc. or unless a team is leading and the governing body declares an official result endorsing them as winners, in which case bets on the match result will be settled on the score at the time of abandonment. Other markets will be void.
There is a 24 hour rule attached to postponed football matches.

*Selections are not made void until the end of the next calendar day (local time in the country the match is being played) after the original kick-off time (official kick-off time as opposed to Paddy Power's time).
*If a postponed match is rescheduled it will only be made void if the match is not completed before the end of the next calendar day (local time in the country the match is being played).
*If the match is completed before the end of the next calendar day (local time in the country the match is being played) the original bet will stand.
