    I have to go for a graduate assessment centre in Lidl on Tuesday.

    Anyone now what will be done during it?

    BTW I have heard the bad things about working for Lidl.

    Had an assessment aswell in Mid March. Anyone know how long it takes to hear back about a second interview? Been over 2 weeks now without hearing anything

    Will prob hear 1 r 2 days after the 2 week mark.. Final interview for me was then another 3 weeks after that!

    Im waiting just over 3 weeks now and I am thinking that's a bad sign. Did they email you or send a letter by post?
    I rang and they said they can't tell me over the phone if I was successful and HR will be letting applicants know..

    my interview was 2 weeks today and i have not heard anything so i would not worry just yet! which grad programme did u apply for?

    The sales one, my interview was yesterday 3 weeks. Which was yours? I just thought it was a bad sign they wouldn't tell me on the phone, although it may be company policy..

    timdublin2012.. sorry for the delay.. i applied to the supply chain programme.. it is 3 weeks for me tomorrow and have not heard anything.. have you heard yet? how did you fare?

    From my experience you would know by now. I was told over the phone after about 3 or 4 days that I had an interview after the assessment centre.
