Claim back PAYE for year 2005

In 2005, I was 17 years old taking a "year out" working full-time.

I earned so little per week that I didn't pay any PAYE at all.

However, when I left the job, I was given all my holiday pay at once (which came to something like €700). This money was paid to me in the same fashion that I got a week's pay.... and PAYE was deducted for that week so I got taxed a large amount.

If PAYE were deducted based upon a person's income for a month (or even a year), then that €700 would be averaged out, meaning I would pay a hell of a lot less tax.

So I've got two quick questions:
    (1) Any chance of me getting money back?
    (2) How do I go about it?

Sorry. Revenue have a four year look back rule meaning the furthers you can go back at the moment is 2008.

Employees can only claim 4 years , but Revenue can claim back as far as 2005 and beyond .
