    Had nct this morning failed me on Steering Linkage rack & pinion worn...
    Anyone have a rough guide to how much this might cost to get fixed.. my car is a 01 colt

    With us, there was nothing wrong with the steering in the end. The mechanic gave it all a clean, we brought it back, and it passed.
    More NCT scamming.

    mine is a 2007 astra .... but failed on the same problem....

    Just had wife's citroen tested today and it failed on the very same thing (as well as a few others)

    If is a sided fail (eg nearside or offside ) its more than likely an inner tie rod that needs replacing
