I know Pat Rockett does boot camps and Im fairly sure he does some form of circuit training alright, other than that the Kingfisher gym has a class, most gyms do actually if you get in touch with them to find out when they are on.

Seamus Doyle @ Balance Fitness, has classes out in the old Chartbusters @ Ardkeen Shopping Centre beside Supermacs. Check out his website www.balance.ie. He also does circuit and spinning classes in other locations around the town.

Jim paynes gym is very very cheap in comparison to Goldstone-Kingfisher etc, but I am not sure what type of equipment/facilities are available, a mate has told me its mostly weight training stuff like the WWC?

    Anyone know more about it?
