I went snowboarding there for the first time last month and planning on going next year. I borrowed/rented most of my gear but I want to get some of the gear now in the sales and I am just wondering is now the best time to get gear?

As said above, you can snap up some good bargains in TK Maxx if you drop in to it regularly.

I got a jacket in there for 99 euro, saw a lower spec jacket same brand on sale in a resort for 600 quid! To get that though I dropped in a couple of times a week...

I got some North Face ski trousers in Arnotts in the summer sale a year ago! From 200 down to under 50 - bargain!

A lot of the outdoors shops have their sales on at the moment so keep your eye out both in the shops and online.
