father was going to scrap but a neighbour said it could be worth to something to right person.
the car body work has to dents and the interior is not a good way from lying up for last few years.
Engine i think is working well but it needs a new clutch.
so my question is a we better of scraping it are putting up on something like done deal for sale.
thanks for the help and sorry if this is not the right place for the question

I had a sprinter for a few years, nice car, burgundy/lounge coloured interior. I removed the tape holder in the dash and built in a CRT tv connected to a PC in the boot for music/TV, looked like it was stock too.

Died just outside the airport with a broken timing belt, although I did see it a few years ago still driving. Miss that car.

on the wing there is rust which is about 2"" dia. hole
the car has being lying up about 5 years now since the clutch went in it

Unfortuneatly it's not worth any more than screppage value in my opinion! but even though you wont make you're fortune out of it you will be enableing someone keep it on the road or at least keep another one on the road.

didt really think it would be worth more than scrap value but it was neighbour said it could be worth something to somebody.
as long as we get the same a scrappage then that's ok, even better if we can get bit more than scrapage :D
put pictures of the car up on flickers, this is the link

thinking about puting a add on adverts asking for €200 would that be fair price, since i can get €160 scarping it.
also is adverts a suitable place to try and sell it are would i better offer putting it up on donedeal

It would be a shame to scrap her, (even though that is what she is, a pile of rust:)) but I am sure someone who is looking for a project would like to have her.I wouldn't bother with adverts, its useless, DD is better.

Give it a wash and quick clean inside.

Take it somewhere picturesque and take pictures, DoneDeal for €400 and it'll sell to some lad who'll do it up fit superlites and lower it.
