    anyone got any suggestions of places to practice in the city centre for free? its just two and playing wood instruments so not noisy or in need of amps etc

    tried central library already and no luck...

    For free is tricky. Walton's New Schoool of Music and Merrion School of Music provide practice facilities for a small charge.

    If it's more modern stuff or if you know them you could ask the
    Contemporary Music Centre, I rehearsed there with a guitarist before for free.
