I'v just received my P60 from my employer and I've noticed that this year the form is different from the past. I can't tear the bottom part so I can send it to tax office, it is just one form and nothing is duplicate.

did yours was changed also or you can shed some light?

    regards
    eppi

This is due to revenue cut backs - no expensive paper required. Printing off on normal photocopy paper is now allowed. Photocopy it yourself as often as you like.

Revenue no longer supply the forms for P60s they are generally just printed on regular A4 paper now or some employers send them electronically I got mine as a pdf. Just copy it and send the copy to Revenue if required, Revenue will have your pay and tax details on record anyway once your employer files their P35.

Edit - just beaten to it!
