FYI guys according the CW map we did not receive any gold for El Qued today as we don't have a headquarters assigned. When we lost Setif our hq was lost and I believe it has to be manually placed again before we receive gold. From the clan wars rules:
If a province has no direct connection to the clan headquarters (or through other provinces), then the clan will no longer get income from the specified province. We remind you that if the clan has no headquarters, then the specified clan doesn't get income as well.

According to the map there is 50 turns (hours) left before a new HQ can be placed...
