    hello, i cant seem to get an answer about this from anyone

    i am unemployed, currently on jsa, doing an entrepreneurial evening course. i was thinking of applying for the btwea but i need to know that when it ends will i have any issues getting back on jsa should the business fail or if i cannot find employment?

    any help appreciated

    I rang my social welfare office about this.
    As far as I know the only problem is that you would have to go through the means test again and the length of time this would take.
    Even if the business failed before the BTWEA period of 2 years had expired you could still apply for JA at any time.

    If the business fails you are entitled to re apply for social welfare.
