Transferring applications from macbook to iMac

    Hi, I want to transfer some applications from my macbook to new iMac but the migration assistant seems to do "all or nothing". Firstly I would like to transfer iWork, then my emails. Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

    Managed to transfer emails today but still not sure about applications. Anyone?

    Most Mac applications can be just dragged and dropped to the new machine, it's not as complicated as in Windows.
