This is people exploitation ?

Hello, please help me with information about this.

The Boss is nationality Romanian but Irish citizen and she has Romanian employs.
1-They have only PPS number.
2-They work 11 hour/day, all day, no day off, 7 day/wek.
3-If they ask for a day off, she says to look for another job
4-They not have medical insurance
5-they work even they are sick
6- she not pay taxes after they
7-if they leave after a long period in holiday, the holiday is not paid.
8-they have just 300 euro/wek


This is exploitation of people and we fell sorry for this people.
What happens if I make a complaint, theylose their job?
what will happen with the Boss?

It seems the employer has broken a number of laws, both employment and revenue.

It's not that easy for most Romanians. Generally they're not entitled to work at all in Ireland, unless they hold a work permit - which can't be transferred to another employer.

Best advice is to contact the Migrant Rights Centre. They deal with a lot of these cases.
