I think he means to practice a real game cause I reckon that the majority view is that MK is not a proper fighter

if you want to play SCV, then bring a copy cause im sure ppl would play it. i play Tekken and MK as well and will play if theres a set up. i played SC 1 for the Dreamcast and SCII for the XBox so i would have a go at SCV if its there.
