    Hi,

Are any of the after market bluetooth phone kits able to work with a multi function steering wheel (Specifically in a BMW E60)?

Yes, you can use the Parrot UNIKA with any of the parrot MKi range and it will link in with the original buttons on a MFSW.

If you want a factory install look (aka nothing), the MKi9000 has no screen, so once incorporated with the MFSW it shouldn't be distinguishable from OEM bluetooth apart from use.
