Any dentist can do this for you, but only get them if necessary. Gold crowns and fillings are irreversible. You could get a grille if you just want the look.

Prices will vary your looking at a gold crown or inlay. Dentists websites would have some prices. I wouldn't be into this myself except at the back of the mouth, however its your gob and you can do whatever you wish.
