Starting Salaries

I was just curious as to what the starting salaries were for varying accounting firms. I know that Big 4 start off on circa 22k rising to 30k in 3rd year. Was just curious as what the going rate with smaller and mid tier fims was? Is there a large difference when working outside Dublin too? Thanks
