Noticed the offer the other day when at the post office but it changed screen so quickly i did not get full details.
the link below needs to be read carefully for its t&c's.
only available to satellite viewers in ROI.
5 Euro connection charge but no 12 month contract.
my post office screen said three bills (at least in part) be paid at once rather than the two in the link..

*30 days notice of cancellation must be given or you will be billed at the full price when the free 90 days are up.

this is a renewed promotion and supercedes the one that was available until late January.

so if you fit the bill (sorry i love puns:) )
why not give it a go?

Thanks ... that looks interesting ...... and I like the fact that they will write to warn you that if you do not wish to continue taking the service after the offer period, then you must cancel.
    4. A welcome letter will be sent to you within 14 days of the Setanta Service being switched on. Between day 45 and day 55 of the 90 day Subscription you will be sent a further letter that confirms that you may opt out by contacting Setanta Sports by the means set out in the letter if you do not wish to pay the normal price for the Setanta Service after the 90 days Subscription ceases.

Yes and billpay is always my preferred option as if a utility company makes a mistake and overcharges it is gone from your bank account and might take an age to correct.
billpay keeps the customer in charge.
also helps to keep post offices open, keeps a few jobs going.

i swear i have no connection with an post but they are so handy for many.

"The Customer must provide the equipment necessary to avail of the Setanta Service. No Sky connection is required."

    What equipment is required then?

Wouldnt mind this offer but no bills due to pay in post office till March

Any idea if it would work to get someone I know to pay 2 bills and give me the voucher?

Yeah, it will, sometimes if you're friendly with the staff they'll just hand you out one, that's how I got mine last year.
