Hi all - I am looking for Irish Iphone/Android App developer & designers daily rates - I have done a search of the boards and Googled it but nothing so far.

I understand that there will be differnet rates for junior or senior so ideally someone would have a link to to a "rate sheet" giving estimates,

That would require a lot of research by someone who would be unlikely to share it with your for free.

Best case scenario is someone tells you how much they get.

A lot of it depends on what you want them to do and in what timeframe (e.g. a big job done in a hurry will cost more than a small job done with plenty of time).

There's no "standard" rate to how much sometime will cost to develop. Frankly, you'll have to talk to developers themselves to find out.

I think your best bet would be to look at contractor rates on jobs sites and add between 15% and 50% mark-up for the consultancy.

A good software engineer specialising in iOS development in London could charge £450/day, lower end of the scale would be around £250/day. This would exclude design.

I don't see why these rates should be cheaper for Ireland as full-time iOS salaries are similar for Ireland & London.
