    Hi,

    Which is better to do.

All the floor tilling before the counter goes in or after.

    What ever you want.

My opinion is just tile in under the kick boards a couple of inches then you can use that space to store tiles. Tile right to the wall under the tiles.

The advantage of tiling to the wall completly is if you change your kitchen you will not have to change your floor tiles. However if you keep a few spare you may not have to do this anyway

Floor tiles down 1st,then kitchen fitted.

The norm/usual is that the tiles go in a few inches past where the kitchen sill boards/kick boards will be.

Tile entirely under the kitchen units. It's easier adjust the level of the units on tiles.

Also by tiling under the units if the sink or washing machine etc. were to leak it will make cleaning up the water a hell of a lot easier.
