Not sure if im asking in the right place but was just wondering what facts and details do be on shown a death certificate ?

1. Index number indicating where the original entry in the register of death can be found. (The death certificate merely sets out the information contained in the register of deaths.)

2. Date and place where the death occurred.

3. Name and surname of the deceased.

4. Sex

5. Marital status

6. Age

7. Occupation

8. Cause of death (as certified by doctor) and duration of illness.

9. Name of the person who registered the death, their qualification to do so, and where they live.

10. Date when the death was registered.

11. Signature of the registrar.

12. Date when the certificate was issued.
