Hi all,

Am moving to Calgary in March on an IEC Visa and am wondering how or in what way anyone with previous experience of the same has transfered money from an Irish or UK Bank account to a Canadian one?? Has anyone opened an account with a canadian branch of a Bank like HSBC from here in Ireland or the UK and transfered funds before departing.
