    right so the plan is to fly to paris ,stay there for 2 days and then get the train from paris to berlin and then stay in berlin for 3 days and then fly back.

    the questions for people who have inter-railed or traveled etc , do i have to book my trains tickets from paris to berlin in advance or can i turn up and buy them as its just a one way ticket??

    Take it from experience it's vital you book your train tickets in advance online, many moons ago I showed up in Gare Du Nord looking to go to Amsterdam having seen online prices of €50 return or something like that months earlier and was quoted €175 return there and then in the station.

    so i would defo be better off booking online yes?? where would i book the tickets?? im just lookin for a one way ticket

    SNCF is the French train company. Prices for that trip range from about €70 to well over €200 depending on speed and time/date of travel.
