Hi. I know the title doesn't make much sense so I'm gonna try and elaborate here.
I want to remove any apps, settings, files, games etc. from my phone that weren't there when I bought my Samsung Galaxy Ace.
The reason for this is the problem - among others - that I've mentioned here:http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?threadid=2056541367

Basically i want to reset my phone to how it was when it was new. What's the fastest way of doing this?

Its called a factory reset and its simple, just go to Settings-Privacy-Factory reset, dont think the SD card is effected though so you may want to format that to remove any app info on the SD ;)

    * Before formating your memory card, backup anything you have stored on the card using the PC Suite software that came with the phone. This software can also be downloaded from the Samsung Website *
    To format the memory card,
    1. Tap the Menu icon
    2. Tap Settings
    3. Tap SD card and phone storage
    4. In the SD card area tap Unmount SD card
    5. Format SD card will now be lit, Tap
    6. Tap Format SD card
    7. Tap Erase everything
