Land Rover Discovery 4 - very spacious and comfortable! Also features air suspension so you can lower it for ease of access. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best!

You can currently get a five seater version for €54,000 or thereabouts, brand new.

    what is the budget?

the citroen berlingo multispace and nemo multispace are both very spacy inside and also can have the seat positioning changed by adapting or removing seats.
for example, some wheel chair using drivers remove the rear and driver seats and add in a lift down/up ramp so they are able to wheel in themselves and drive from the wheel chair.
mine is a nemo multispace and due to disabilities am only allowed to sit in the rear passenger seat which is incredibly roomy but the seats can easily unclick down, the driver seat is very roomy assuming no one tall is sat behind them which can get a bit squashy then.

pergeot do a better and slightly bigger version of the same style-the kangoo.

if possible, the best bet woud be to go into garages to view and/or try different ranges which is what had personaly done with mine [got on UKs motability scheme].

just an extra idea but if are on a budget-woud also recommend researching the locations of motability auctions in the UK,these cars are only free years old or less and often come adapted for many different needs, they also tend to be low mileage and aboveall good value apparently.
assuming were from ireland coud drive back through hollyhead, stranraer etc on a cheap ferry ticket.
