What is the pressure of your system. What way does your system work.

For example is there a dedicated pump just to the shower or is the whole house pumped.

I have a Grundfos pump in the garage which serves the entire house, its quite a run to the showers but I've seen the power from the pipes before the showers were installed and its pretty strong, I think the pressure is set at 1-1.5 bar. All the taps and showers in the others house locations are strong also. What do you think could be the problem?

If those shower heads are not working then there is not enough pressure to them or they are blocked. I would bet there is not enough pressure
