So where is this Aurora Borealis I was promised a few weeks ago.
Granted there have been clouds but there have been a few starry nights and no sign of the Aurora Borealis I was promised ?

I'm not sure about you but I want my money back.
Dongeal doesn't count btw. I want it over Dublin NOW

The current rash of solar activity that is causing them will peak next year...so there is a chance of seeing it further down the country then.

Hey - we were promised one, 3 weeks ago roughly
I just want what I was promised is all

    Sindri - I also think you're a total cúnt / be-atch
Now if I said that to someone I would be banned
Not sure why you got away with it so I will retaliate with the above.

Hopefully we get a power surge just before Christmas, as then I can go looting.

On a more A-hem serious note, where are the lights.
We were told we would be able to see them due to solar activity every 6 yrs kicking in or so bla bla bla

    Dongeal apparently got a view

It's on the wife's bucketlist and I'm not paying for a trip to the North Pole

It's usually fairly weak and when it reaches us anyway and in Dublin at night time you'd hardly see it at all.

Be like chasing drunken dreams through a cloud.

    Sensible answer

The moon would make it a lot more tricky to see the Northern Lights, and this in conjunction with light pollution means urban areas especially have no chance. You need a clear, moonless night out the country.
