Hot water pump flicks on and off

Hi,

We got out gas boiler and water system replaced last year. The hot water to the taps and shower is pumped. The pump is installed beside the hot water tank in the upstairs hot press.

When the shower and the upstairs sink hot water is switched on, the pump comes on and stays on. But when the downstairs sink hot water tap is on, the pump seems to judder, on, off, on, off.... This has been happening for about 2 months, I'm worried about damaging the pump.

Any ideas what could be causing that?

Think I figured this out. Sensitivity on the pump set too low.

Can anyone help me out I have stuart pump in my Apt its a dual pump Hot Water in Hot water out Cold in cold out I had the pump out recently to replace a seal an dnow I am getting hot water everywhere at the cold taps,hot taps and to the loo

you most likely piped it back up wrong way.trace pippes and make sure all are right. i.e hot i ,hot out,cold in,cold out,there should be markings or arrows on pump.also make sure any valves u shut off were opened up again
