No ok for Irish addresses too as the dropdown lists Irish counties.

    This is annoying though...

yeah valid only on friday march 9th. they have to send you a coupon to get it. i bought it in tesco last week and its pure muck to be honest. how they call it fibre1 when its full of sugar I dont know. you may be getting 30% of your fibre allowance but you are also getting 30% of your sugar allowance nearly as well.. they dont tell you that though.

They are advertising the free box on march 9th like mad, there'll be none left in the shop, each shop probably gets about 20 boxes.

8.3g of sugar per 40g serving does not seem a lot of sugar to me. A lot less than 30% of your GDA.

Cool, picked up a box of this yesterday..and liked it, so the free box in a month should come in handy! And sure if the box says it's healthy it can't be too bad , right? :-)

its still 20% sugar so what you gain in fibre you loose in sugar...

GDA is 90g, so yeah more like 9%, however try measuring out 40g of cereal! I'd say most people have double that...

Also, 9% of GDA is a lot to consume at breakfast, considering it probably is the least sweet meal of the day - or at least should be...

How much sugar in a fried egg, 4 sausages, 2 black, 2 white pudding, 2 rashers, hash brown, fried mushrooms and tomato, plate of chips, white toast, brown bread with butter but (crucially) no added sugar marmalade, pot of coffee with canderel instead of sugar?
