cant get my wages,p45 or p60

    hi guys,im in a difficult situation,i had to leave my job 3 weeks ago because my boss owed me around 2000 euro and he didnt seem to be making any effort to pay me,he promised he would have it each week but no sign,i needed that cash to pay bills and loans i got over christmas,now he has stopped answering his phone,im worried sick at this stage,to top it all off i cant get my p45 off him or a p60, i was wondering whats the best thing to do next? what punishment is there out there for a rogue boss or do i just have to take this !

    First port of call is to inform Revenue who will issue a letter to your former employer looking for your P45. This could take months.
    Second port of call is NERA. They may be able to get the information you require quickly as Revenue are only really interested in the tax side of things.
