I did a search but the threads seemed a bit old so I thought I'd start a new one. Anyone know where I'd get a good value pizza stone in Dublin?

    Thanks.

Maybe go into a tile store and get yourself a large floor tile? You could probably even blag a sample one for free.

I got mine in TK MAXX for €14. Lidl and Aldi sometimes have them for around that price too.

I got one in House of Fraser.
Heston Blumenthal recommends using an upturned frying pan, instead, which would be even better value than buying one.

How do people find theirs? I must say I am not convinced, having used a couple of different ones (terracota I think). Not sure it does any better of a job than a very preheated baking tray?

I love mine. I've had it years and it's seasoned to perfection at this stage.

Just in case it's not obvious, btw, if you're getting a tile, it needs to be unglazed.
