I am on the Revenue site "PAYE Anytime" and would like to submit my Service Charges Relief but it already has a status of "claimed" for a value of €280. I haven't done that but it looks like it's an automatic claim. Does anyone know if I have to overwrite that. My service charges in 2010 were only €159 so I'm only entitled to 20% of that back.

If you claimed in previous years, the credit carries forward. If your figures changed, you will need to update them.
