    hey all..

I just got glasses before christmas, the optician said my eyesight is perfect, the glasses are for the muscles in my eyes because i have alot of reading this year and i use my laptop for long periods of time...
recently my left eye has started to twitch, although it doesn't impair my vision its very annoying...

I think it could be my glasses... and was wondering has anyone else experienced this??

    thanks

A twitch in the eye could be any number of things. It can be tiredness, stress, strain in the eyes or that you are a bit run down. Some people notice a twitch if they have had too much caffeine also. It might not necessarily be the glasses
