Solicitor Recommendation for Property Transaction

    Hi,

    I am buying my first house and got a price from our family solicitor that seemed a bit on the high side for the legal fees.

    Could anybody recommend a solicitor that does not charge an arm and a leg?

    Where do you want the solicitor, Dublin or Tipp?
