Just reading about the Lucy Spy Ring in Switzerland during WW11, it appears the ring were equipped with an Enigma machine to enable them receive intelligence from a high level in Germany . This info apparently was passed onto British spy agency, but to get this info the Lucy Spy ring would have needed to have the Enigma…

Just reading about the Lucy Spy Ring in Switzerland during WW11, it appears

needed to have the Enigma settings for that day???If the Lucy Spy Ring had

the settings it begs the question why this vital Enigma settings information

was not passed to Bletchley Park.

Was Alan Turing tearing his hair out needlessly !
