Request for opinions on this Trek 7.0 FX offer.

    Heyo

    In the market for a new bike and on my first investigative trip down to my local shop I was offered a supplier damaged Trek 7.0 FX for €325. The damage is in the form of a fairlysizable dent in the main horizontal bar of the frame. The superficial appearance doesn't bother me and the frame still seems to have it's overal integrity. As well as that, it's €100 off the normal asking price.

    So... is this a good deal do you think? Keep in mind I'm purely a commuter cyclist. I cycle because I have somewhere to go, I don't go somewhere to cycle. Well, not often.

    Oops! One more thing, if you recommend not going with this bike, then any other suggestions? I've decided on a 'town' bike because I'm sick of lugging my old mountain bike around the place but don't treat my bikes well enough to get a racer. So any similar style bike suggestions would be appreciated.
