Dalglish and the media

Got thinking about this last night after Dalglish's interview.

He regularly embarrasses himself in his interviews, everyone seems to find them cringeworthy apart from most Liverpool fans.

He was like a dog with a bone last night, he couldn't help himself say 'Suarez should never have been banned'

Does he not know that he is dragging his club's name through the mud? Does he not care how much he is damaging Pool's reputation?

He comes across as a right gimp in his interviews, tries to crack pathetic condescending jokes that nobody apart from himself and a few Liverpool fans find funny.
