Wedding Reception Ideas

Hi all
We are trying to think of things to have at our drinks reception to make it personal and try do most ourselves
I am thinking of buying the good paper and printing our own wedding invitations with some black ribbon on them etc
But for the reception where we have tea/coffee/biscuits I am going to make ferrero roche bay trees and put these on either side of the table for guests to take one or two each...
Also the other half is interested in having balloons on either side of the entrance (like an arch without the arch if that makes sense)
our theme is black and white so the balloons will b a nice idea i think

Any other suggestions

Sounds really cool but dnt think we wud b able to pull it off
The hotel ave the built in timber floor so we wil ave that to work with but i like ur style
i was thinking of things like maybe personalised napkins for the tea coffee biscuit reception and maybe little personalised cup cakes if the hotel would allow us to do them
not sure if we are gonna ave anything for reception drink like champagne or that, might leave the guests sort themselves out with drink at reception and we ave wine supplied for the meal

I wouldn't bother with the personalised napkins just buy normal ones but stack them to show off your colours!

If you're having chair covers why not try black ones,

Or even if the hotel supply the covers you can hire your own sashes
