2005 skoda. Radio backlight?

Guys is there some way to keep the backlight on in radio? It's fine when the lights are on but during the day when lights are not on I find it hard to see the display. Very dull

Not sure if it's possible. I know in most cars I've owned that the radio would be lit when the ignition is tuned on. Would not matter if the headlights were on or not
