So, is it just me or what !

If I'm teeing off at 7am or 8am on a nice brisk morning, I can NEVER have a good nights sleep the night before. Max I'll sleep is like 2 or 3 hours. Purely because I'm excited about getting out early and playing !!!

I am the same if I am playing early on a Saturday because I sit up until crazy o'clock Friday night watching Sky's golf coverage. I can only assume I do it in the hope that some of the talents on display will be projected from the screen and I might absorb them.

This happens to me sometimes so I can go downstairs with a 7 iron and practice my swing for about half an hour. Cools the adrenaline down and off to sleep no problem!!

my ceilings aren't high enough to practice a full swing :-(

and I'd say my neighbours might get a little scared if they looked out the window and saw me repeatedly swinging a 7 iron in the front lawn at 3am :P

It took me a while to find but there are about four spots in the house where I can complete a full swing. Sure enough the carpets are getting worn in these spots!!

Try to get everything ready before going to bed.
You should sleep better without constantly thinking "Have I missed something".
All you should be worried about in the morning is what to eat for breakfast.

Poor you - nobody forced you to have kids. Isn't that part of the deal?

practice a few "strokes" until you get the "release" right - that usually helps most guys sleep.
