Meteor down?

    Has anyone else been having problems with meteor midband today?

    Just called the 1890 number to be told there is no problems.

    Both myself and a neighbour have connection issues.

    Who should I be contacting?

    I just moved to meteor on the 7th and i've been having data issues,
    Also got an eMobile sim and it's showing the exact same problems hopefully Meteor get it sorted soon or i won't be staying with their network!

    I got a meteor dongle a month ago.
    I signed up for a yearly contract last week as the speeds were good up to then.
    Once i signed up they are gone to sh1te.
    speedtest.net is showing below 0.02mbps down and up at any time of day. It was around 5mbps all the time before i signed up.
    pingtest.net is showing pings of 1400ms even when speedtest.net shows pings of 70ms.
    Not happy at all.
