well ran this today and enjoyed the race. well organised good fast course up to 8km then the last 2 km very tough. nearly 500 runners in their first year and prizegiving over nice and early, plenty of food. only downside think the course may be a little short any one else think different, not mad short but id guess maybe 20 secs. i had no garmin but the first 5k by my splits were out. hope im wrong

Ran this today too. Really enjoyed it and got a pb as a bonus. Those hills at the end were a killer on already tired legs.
Anyone know where I can get the official timing from? Checked the redtagtiming site and it's not there.
Used my Garmin and measured 6.11 miles which is roughly 9.8km - then again they are not always spot on.

Yes it was defo a little short i had it the same as u buck. A good first 7k then a tough 2.5 k but the course was generally good. A good race all round.

I noticed a good few athletic club athletes did not register in the race using their club name. Was this because the race did not have an official AAI permit and techically they can be sactioned. Anybody know what the rules are in regard to this.
