    a coin fliped 100 times the number of times the coin has landed on tails is recorded every 20 flips so..........
    relative of frequency of tail on a coin is
    20 =0.4
    40 =0.6
    60=0.55
    80=0.45
    100=0.5
    so
    1 calculate the number of tails after 40 flips
    2 calculate the number after 80
    3do u think that the coin is fair & explain answer

    have my mocks and really need help guys many thanks :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    they seem to be telling you that they've flipped the coin 40 times and gotten tails at a rate of 6 out of every 10 throws

    approx how many times would you expect to see tails from a fair coin being thrown 100 times? what are the chances?
