Sorry if this question has been asked a million times but I cannot find any information that explains clearly.

I just bought a saorview enabled tv for my apartment. I have upc on cable coming through. How do I get saorview without an outside aerial which I assume there isn't as it is an apartment.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try out a cheap indoor aerial and position it near a window facing in the direction of the nearest Saorview transmitter.

This is another option - http://www.tvtrade.ie/digidome-outdoor-tv-aerial.html

    Have a look here - http://cpcireland.farnell.com/indoor-set-top

There is no guarantee an indoor aerial will work at your apartment so buy cheap.

a rabbits ears will do fine, as long as you're in an area with good/excellent coverage

I would have thought that the Irish stations were part of the UPC Ppackage!!!!!

I had UPC awhile back and they were, so why do you need to have them on the TV as well?

Yeah they are included with upc but I want it solely to get rte2 in hd.
