A long shot

This is a long shot but my mother, who grew up in Dublin and canada, now age 88, was inquiring if I could help her locate the house of her grandparents which was called either Knockroe or Kockroe, located in Dundrum. Their names were Ellen and Edward Synge.

Any leads I can follow?
