Dropped macbook

My macbook fell off a table yesterday. Late 2007 white model. The righthand half of the screen is now taken up with vertical lines.

Is anyone familiar with getting a problem like this fixed? I'm just wondering how much it might cost me before I drop it in somewhere.

    Thanks.

This happened to me a few years ago with the same laptop. I was quoted €500 or something ridiculous to get it fixed.

So I bought a new screen on ebay for about €100 and got step-by-step instructions online and did it myself. I had zero experience with anything like that before but it wasn't too difficult.
