    Hi all,

    We have European Silver medalist and Checkmat black belt under Cavaca, Nivaldo Oliveira, here at Kyuzo for the week. On Saturday, we're going to open up training to people from outside the gym.

    Time: 12.30-3pm
    Cost: €30
