I'm looking to get a tablet worth in the region of €250. I'll be doing a fair bit of travel so I'm looking for one with a 9 or 10 inch screen along with the ability to play RTE Player, C4 Catch Up etc. Any recommendations?

The Archos G9 is probably one of the better ones (at least in terms of being a known brand and available from/returnable to bricks and mortar shops) in that price range.

Any of them that can play flash should be able to use the Rte player.
But Rte player is only available to machines with an Irish IP address so you probably wont be able to use it travelling (unless you pay for a forwarding proxy service)
