car tax repayment???

hi all, taxed my car late december, due to start 1st jan, car scrapped a day later but prior to car tax starting. had vehicle end form and sent off. paid 328 for 6 months but only got back 298. they said that they refund over 12 month period(cheaper to tax for 12 months). but does this apply for tax that hasn't even been…

hi all,

paid 33 euro extra for nothing!!!

anyone know if this is wrong, successful appeal???
